Benefits Realisation Dashboard

The Benefits Realisation Dashboard is used to monitor the key performance metrics as outlined in the business cases for each project in the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City-Region Deal across the five key themes of the deal. Alongside this dashboard, please refer to the narrative which provides additional insight into the delivery of these projects.

Skills

The award-winning IRES programme has delivered exceptionally above the targets outlined in its business case. For more please refer to the Employability & Skills page.

Innovation

The five Data-Driven Innovation Hubs report delivery above expectation in the original business cases. Fife Innovation Zone and Borders Innovation Park are delivering in line with expectations and are expected to continue expanding and fostering innovation in our region. Culture

Construction is ongoing for the Dunard Centre, which is expected to be completed by 2029. In the meantime, we are working to ensure the Dunard centre is inclusive of all communities within our region, and their is a consistent focus on community wealth building practices in its construction and delivery. Housing

Our strategic sites programme is delivering homes and building places across the region, and is delivering in line with business case expectations. Please refer to the Housing page for more.

Transport

Our three transport projects are preparing for or are in delivery, and we continue developing our approach to reporting the key metrics for each of these projects as they deliver. For more please refer to the Transport page.
